Update on Charges related to Breach of Emergency Orders Investigation:
On Monday, 26 April 2021, Aylmer Police arrested the wanted 52 yr old woman from Shakespeare. The female attended the station to turn herself into police. She was released by way of an undertaking charged with one count of Obstructing Police in the execution of the duties and is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas Court later in June.
Investigation into the person of interest has resulted in the following charges being laid.
Church of God Restoration has been charged under the Re-opening Act of Ontario with Corporation – Fail to comply with a continued section 7.0.2 order.
The following individuals have been identified and charged for their participation and role in the Church Service being delivered:
1- 57 yr old male from Aylmer, ON
2- 26 yr old male from Aylmer, ON
3- 60 yr old male from Pelham, ON
4- 63 yr old male from Perth, ON
5- 36 yr old male from Stirling, ON
6- 38 yr old female from London, ON
All individuals have been summonsed to court scheduled to appear in June, charged with Individual – fail to comply with a section 7.0.2 order contrary to s.10(1) of the Re-opening Act of Ontario
